Biography

A native to Denton, Kellie D. Ball graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Texas, and there went to graduate with her Juris Doctorate Degree from Texas Tech University. While in attendance at Texas Tech, Ms. Ball participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic and became a qualified mediator before her graduation. Ms. Ball uses her personal experience of growing up in a blended family to help guide her clients through the divorce and joint custody processes.

Ms. Ball assists clients through her unique knowledge of varying degrees of extended family relationships and family dynamics. Specifically, with the creation of estate plans that meet their needs and desires and guiding families through the Probate Court Process following the loss of a loved one. Ms. Ball also acts as an Attorney Ad Litem and is routinely appointed by the court to represent the interests of potential, unknown, heirs of an estate.

Since a young age, Kellie knew that she wanted to be an attorney. She has risen through the ranks in various law firms in Denton since her freshmen year at UNT and is proud that she has become a licensed practicing attorney in her hometown. She continues to be an active mediator, has also become a Qualified Family Law Mediator, and uses her skills to assist her clients with creative solutions that resolve their needs.
