Gus Hughes, Esq. advises clients in commercial real estate transactions, contracts, private securities offerings, business entities, and commercial financing. Throughout his career, Gus has represented sellers, purchasers, syndicators, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in all aspects of real estate financing, acquisition, ownership, leasing, and divestiture. Since joining the firm, Gus has represented clients in the financing and closing of over $400 million in real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Gus spent many years as an independent petroleum landman and oil and gas title attorney. This unique perspective allows Gus to adeptly assess risk and advise his clients in all facets of real estate.

Gus received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In his free time, Gus enjoys reading, attending live music across the country, and spending time with his Chihuahua, Little Buddy
