Richard brings his experience as both an attorney and an investor in the real estate industry to Dodson Legal Group's transactional team, where he handles everything from creating securities offerings and business entities to negotiating purchase contracts and loan agreements. Richard focuses primarily on multifamily and commercial real estate transactions with a mix of private equity, agency-, and non-agency financing.

Richard graduated cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He served as an extern for Hon. George H. Wu, United States District Court, Central District of California in 2009 and 2010.

Outside of the office, Richard is most likely to be found in the kitchen or behind the grill.
