Mr. Dodson founded Dodson Legal Group as a diverse practice devoted to ensuring clients build their businesses, families, and futures on solid legal grounds. Nathaniel runs the firm's transactional business unit, advising clients on matters related to business developments, finances, investment opportunities, advisor regulations, contract laws, as well as wealth planning.

Before beginning his practice as an attorney, Nate was a former investment broker, which allows him to approach investment difficulties that very few attorneys know how to do. His background in finance and sales combined with himself, being a business owner who started from nothing, are the driving factors in how he strategically guides other professionals to be successful in their business ventures. Through leveraging his expertise in the industry along with the help from his long list of trusted connections, Nathaniel has represented over $2 Billion in real estate and business funding transactions.
